and Brandon Erwin share leadership of the Traditional Division. All levels of experience are welcome in
the Traditional Division. Four different commission plans are offered, including a 100% option. To make

This Division is designed for agents who live and work all across the North Texas area. Only
experienced professionals are eligible for the virtual office arrangement. Agents who choose this division
enjoy a more independent environment, receive personalized coaching to achieve the level of
performance they desire, and benefit from weekly virtual business meetings full of current market information,
marketing tips and contract updates delivered through the internet. A simple and convenient administrative system mirrors the division's approach as well.
